Pricing questions
When do I pay?
Setup is paid 50% when you sign and 50% at launch, after you approve the finished work. Monthly billing starts at launch.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans and add-ons have a 3-month minimum from launch. After that they run month-to-month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice.
Is there an annual option?
Yes. Prepay 12 months of your monthly items and get 2 months free. Setup is not affected. If you cancel mid-year, we refund what you paid minus the regular monthly price for each month started (a partial month counts as a full month), never below $0. For example, Core paid yearly is $2,970; cancelling after 4 months refunds $2,970 − 4 × $297 = $1,782.
What is the founding offer?
20% off your first setup: the AI system or plan setup fees plus your website build. It does not cover the setup of usage add-ons (an extra workflow or inventory forecasting). It is for the first 100 clients, one per client, until February 28, 2027, and eligibility is confirmed at checkout. The Deep Audit is excluded because it is already credited toward your build, and monthly prices are not discounted.
What happens if I use more than my plan includes?
You can add minute, lead and question packs at any time. At most 600 voice minutes a month are included; every minute above that is paid extra, through minute packs, per-minute overage at the published rate, or a written quote.
How do the plans map to the three systems?
Never Miss a Customer is two parts, the AI Receptionist + Booking and the Lead-to-Customer Agent. Get Paid Faster is Back-Office Automation. Starter covers any 2 parts, so it fits Never Miss a Customer on its own. Core and Growth include every part, including the Knowledge & Chat Assistant. Get Recommended is priced separately.
Is Get Recommended in a plan?
Not at the moment. Start with the free audit. Monthly monitoring is the SEO Monitoring + Monthly Report add-on at $99/month, priced separately from Starter, Core and Growth.
What counts as a “page”?
Each unique page layout with its own content: Home, About, Services, a service detail, Contact, and so on. Blog posts and legal pages don’t count toward your limit.
How many design revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions on the design before we build. Extra rounds are quoted in advance.
Do I need the monthly add-ons?
No. You own the finished site and can host it anywhere. The add-ons are there if you’d rather not deal with hosting or SEO yourself. Two or more save 10% on the add-ons.
What’s your refund policy?
AI plans come with a 30-day refund of the first month’s plan fee (cancelling within those days also ends the 3-month minimum term). Setup fees are non-refundable once work starts. Websites: the deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before we deliver the first concept, or if you reject the first concept before approving any design. There is no refund after a design is approved. A Deep Audit is fully refunded if we fail to deliver it. Full details are in our terms.
How does the deep audit credit work?
If you buy a Deep Audit and then hire us for a website build, the $139.99 comes off your launch balance.
Are websites built by people or by AI?
Mostly by AI agents using our design system, and every site is reviewed and approved by Conrad before launch. That is how a Starter site costs $850.
